RECIPE AYAM BETUTU
Ingredients:
1 head (1.2 kg) of chicken intact
2 stalks lemongrass, white part, crushed
2 bay leaves
Banana leaves to wrap
Aluminum foilSeasonings, puree:
80 ml oil for frying
15 red chilies, seeded
4 cm ginger
4 cm turmeric, fuel
4 cm galangal
