RECIPES PANCAKE SOLO
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
5 gr instant yeast
50 ml of water
250 gr rice flour
125 gr sugar
1 egg
500 ml coconut milk 200 ml coconut milk kara
grated cheese, and various other toppings mesesHOW TO MAKE :
First make the dough starter, the mixed flour, 1 tablespoon sugar,
yeast and water and mix the dough then let stand for at least 5
minutes.
Combine flour, rice, sugar, eggs, starter dough and a little coconut milk. Knead by hand until smooth and the sugar has dissolved and then pour all the rest of the coconut milk. Mix well and let stand the dough for at least 1 hour.
Heat a non-stick pancake mold or pan concave-stick by using a small flame. Pour
1 tablespoon of vegetable mixture and immediately press the dough with a
spoon the vegetables with a little shaken rotate to form the rim and
lid. Do it quickly when newly finished batter is poured, if a little
longer then the batter will thicken and become difficult to form a rim.
Cover the pan and cook until cooked about 4 minutes, open the lid and lift. Complete the presentation with a variety of toppings to taste.
